Connect is the smart feature that brings your candidates and company close. It makes it possible for candidates to show their interest in working with you, and for them to get to know you better. This update makes Connect even more powerful, personal and informational.
You can now add content and questions for specific departments, see the candidate experience, edit all settings in one place — and let’s not forget about the looks. Connect has a fresh new design that makes your content stand out.
The updated candidate card gives you a better view of the candidate. Our main goal with this redesign and restructure has been to enhance the information hierarchy, organize details about candidates and their job applications in a way that provides a clear overview — and gives quick and easy access to the most important information at the right time.
A new green dot on the user profile picture now shows if your colleagues are online in Teamtailor. You can also add a user status to let your colleagues know that you are taking a break or have left for vacation.
When setting the status, you can choose to notify the hiring team if any candidate you are having a conversation with messages you, to make sure no candidate is left hanging. You can also pause the notifications during this time.
Smart move makes the recruitment process faster for our users and their candidates. You can now move candidates automatically based on keywords from the resume text, location, job offer and questions.
